As I mentioned in my last post, we carry and will always carry in our product line, some type of Ethiopian Coffee. The reason for this, is Ethiopia is considered the "birthplace of coffee". Coffee was believed to be discovered here as early as the 9th Century and has since spread all over the world! Today, over 12 million people in Ethiopia are involved in the cultivation and picking of coffee, and coffee remains a central part of Ethiopian culture, as well as it's economy. Our particular favorite that we carry is the Sidamo coffee from the Sidama Region in Southern Ethiopia. It has a rich, robust flavor profile that is mild in acidity, with sweet and citrus notes on the taste buds. Try some of ours if you like a truly amazing full flavored coffee!
